Miki Jordan

Miki Jordan is the chief executive officer of Wayfinder Family Services and a member of the organization’s board of directors. She is known for her visionary leadership, innovation and unwavering commitment to the most vulnerable children, adults and families. Under her leadership, Wayfinder has built upon its legacy of excellence by expanding the depth and reach of its programs and services, growing from a budget of $10.5 million to more than $48 million.

Prior to joining Wayfinder, Jordan was president and CEO of Para Los Niños for 14 years. She transformed the agency from a grassroots organization to one of Los Angeles’ most well respected social service organizations. She was chair of the board of directors of VisionServe Alliance from 2013 to 2016 and currently chairs its governance committee. She is on the board of directors of the California Alliance of Child and Family Services, and she is a member of the CEO council of the Alliance for Strong Human Service Agencies, a national organization dedicated to achieving a healthy society and strong communities for all children, adults and families. Previously, Jordan was on the board of directors of the Child Welfare League of America and the Association of Community Human Service Agencies.

Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas and a master’s in organizational development from Chapman University. Jordan completed a postgraduate program through the College of Executive Coaching and is a certified professional coach.
